On July 4, 2003, Yang Yong and a group of people from the "610 Office," broke into the home of Falun Gong practitioners Zhao Baozhuang (husband) and Li Ying (wife), arrested them, and detained them at the Maling Prison in Mianchi County, Henan Province. The "610 Office" and staff from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau shut down the shoe store run by the Zhao family. The County’s Education Bureau also dismissed Zhao's two children from school. In addition to being deprived of parental care, the two children are not allowed to go to a school of any kind.
