Description:

Because of his belief in Falun Gong, Mr. Zhu Xiaofei was fired by the Lushun 4810 factory, and had been detained twice at the Lushunkou District police station where officer Ye Qiang tortured him: forcing him to stand in a position called the "Horse step"[1], chocking him with a rope around the neck, and handcuffing and shocking him with electric batons. On November 26, 2001, with no criminal grounds for arrest, police abducted him from his workplace and sent him directly to Dalian Labor Camp. The guards ordered the criminals to monitor him, and physically torture him by shocking him with electric batons. He is currently detained at Guanshan Labor Camp where he is forced to do hard labor.
