Zhao Guoxin Tortured to Death by the Police

Description:
In late 2001, Mr. Zhao Guoxin was arrested at the Railway Station while the policemen found Falun Gong related materials from him. Mr. Zhao later was tortured to death at Hegang Police Station. The authorities did not provide any information of his death. On November 23, 2001, the local policemen forced their way into Mr. Zhao’s home, searched the house and arrested Mr. Zhao’s wife, Ms. Wang Ying, away. Currently Ms. Wang is detained in Hegang's No.2 Detention Center. Their 15-year-old daughter, a middle-school student, remains at home alone without anyone to care for her.
