Description:

In February 2002, Ms. Wang Xiaoli was turned into the police when she distributed Falun Gong-related materials. Ms. Wang was sent to the Dashan Detention Center by the Luoyang Road Police Station of Qingdao City Police Department, and she was detained for one month. She was later sentenced to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City, Shandong Province. On the way to the camp, she managed to escape and returned to her mother's home in Qingdao City. Luoyang Road Police learned where Ms. Wang was staying by illegally tapping her mother's telephone line and then abducted her again on March 20, 2002. Ms. Wang was killed while being pursued by the police.
