Brief Report of Incident:

On November 3, 2002, police illegally searched the home of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Meng Yan. Afterwards they kidnapped her and her daughter Li Li by force. Li Li suffers from a mental disorder and is not a Falun Gong practitioner. However, without any mercy, the police sentenced the mentally disabled daughter to one year in a forced labor camp and her mother to two years. As a result, Li Li's mental condition has deteriorated, and it has brought tremendous suffering to the family. All the neighbors have denounced the police's brutality.
