Brief Report of Incident:

In 2000, Miss Huang Haiyan from Foshan City, Guangdong Province, was in her twenties and had lovely eyes. She was illegally detained at the Chatou Forced Labor Camp in Guangzhou City for being a Falun Dafa practitioner. The police viciously beat her face, which resulted in damage to her eyes. Since immediate medical treatment was not provided she lost eyesight in both eyes. Miss Huang is having a very difficult time taking care of her daily needs in the forced labor camp. Another Falun Dafa practitioner who is also being detained is helping to take care of her.
