Victim List:
  1. Practitioners Ms. Zhang Lanfen 张兰芬, Ms. Dong Chunling 董春玲, Ms. Dang Huiying党会英 , and Ms. Liu Huiyun刘慧云 are currently detained in the “strictly controlled team” in the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. They are forced to do slave labor from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and not allowed to talk with anyone.
  2. Mr. Li Xiaodun 李小墩 and Ms. Li Qiuxiang 李秋香 are a couple from the Guxian Team of Pinwang Village, Rongcheng County, Hebei Province. In August 2005, Ms. Li Qiuxiang was sentenced to forced labor and sent to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. Her husband Mr. Li Xiaodun was sent to a brainwashing center.
  3. Mr. Pang Guoxing庞国星is from Laishui County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. On July 14, 2005, police from the Beijing 110 and the Baima Police Stations arrested him. Mr. Pang is currently detained at the Baoding Forced Labor Camp.
  4. Mr. Zhao Guo 赵郭 is from Wujiaying Village, Guodan Town of Li County. On May 10, 2005, the Guodan Town government, the Guodan Town Police Station and the Wujiaying Village Committee arrested Mr. Zhao and sent him to a brainwashing center in Baoding City. More then two months later, they secretly transferred Mr. Zhao to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp without any legal process.
  5. Ms. Zhang Xiaoli张小丽 is from Baoding City, Hebei Province. In the Baoding Forced Labor Camp, Ms. Zhang Xiaoli is critically illness. On May 20, 2005, the Labor Camp brought Ms. Zhang to the Baoding 252 Hospital for an ultrasonic examination. They discovered two swollen objects in her pelvic cavity and uterus. On her ovaries, there are two cysts. The big one is as big as a goose egg, and the small one is the size of a chicken egg. For a long time, she was only able to eat a small amount of food at any given time. Now she throws up whatever she eats. She has had an unendurable stomachache for over seven months. She fluctuates between hot and cold and can hardly sleep. She has been reduced to a skeleton, weighting less than 100 jin (111 lb.). She had a surgery in the 252 Hospital. On June 15, 2005, she was sent back to the labor camp.

    On December 1, 2004, the police took Ms. Zhang Xiaoli’s oldest son Mr. Hu Shan 胡山 (16 years old) to the Township Government and beat him. He is now detained Qingyuan County Brainwashing Center. Her husband Mr. Hu Zhefeng 胡占峰 is also detained at the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. The authorities have refused to allow her over 70-year-old parents and her disabled brother to visit her at the camp.
  6. Mr. Zhang Sanquan张三圈 is from Xiong County in Hebei Province. On September 22, 2004, he was arrested in Beijing for appealing for justice for Falun Gong. The Xiong County police detained him. The police subjected him to a torture instrument called “star over the sky,” which is a helmet-shaped instrument with nails on the inside. When the abusers put it on Mr. Zhang’s head, he lost consciousness. When he awoke the next day, his head was covered with blood and had many holes caused by the nails. Later, the wounds festered and ulcerated. On September 25, 2004, he was transferred to the county detention center and subjected to further torture. In October 2004, he was sentenced to three years of forced labor. Mr. Zhang has since been jailed in the Baoding Forced Labor Camp.
  7. Ms. Zhang Ailing张爱玲 is from Xushui County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. In November 2004, she was arrested for distributing Falun Gong materials and sentenced to forced labor in the Baoding Forced Labor Camp.
  8. Mr. Hu Jinfeng 胡锦凤 is from Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. On May 13, 2005, Mr. Hu was arrested and taken to the Dingxing County Detention Center. On the fourth day, Mr. Hu was sent to Baoding Forced Labor Camp without any legal documentation. He has been on a hunger strike since then. This is the third time he was arrested. Mr. Hu’s father Mr. Hu Zichun 胡子春 is also detained in Baoding Forced Labor Camp.
  9. Mr. Jing Qi 荆奇, 35-year-old, is from Beipang Village, Caohe Town, Xushui, Baoding City, Hebei Province. In 2003 during the period of the People’s Congress and the Political Consultation Conference, the county 610 Office and the police department arrested him and secretly sentenced him to three years of forced labor. He is detained in the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. From October 2004 to May 2005, the labor camp did not allow his family to visit him. His wife could not bear the huge pressure from the persecution and was forced to divorce him. His mother Ms. Qian Xiuzhen钱秀珍 was also sentenced for four years in prison and has suffered continuous persecution.
  10. Mr. Wang Laochou 王老臭 is from Beihe Village, Quyang County, Hebei Province. On January 11, 2005, Mr. Wang was transferred to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp from the Qingyuan Brainwashing Center. On March 28, 2005, Mr. Wang went on a hunger strike. Policemen Liu Yuesheng刘越胜 and Wang Lei王磊 tortured him. Liu Yesheng shocked Mr. Wang’s neck with an electric baton. Wang Lei ordered inmates to strip off Mr. Wang’s clothing. Then they shocked his chest with an electric baton.
  11. Mr. Zhang Xiuqi 张秀起, was tortured on December 22, 2004. Policeman Zhang Zhanqiang张占强 (First Team of Baoding Forced Labor Camp) shocked him with electric batons. Mr. Zhang was tied up on the bed, with his limbs separately tied to the four corners of the bed. Because he refused to give up Falun Gong, Zhang Zhanqiang fiercely shocked Mr. Zhang’s hands, genital area and his entire body.
  12. Mr. Zhang Yanwu 张彦武 is a more than 30-year-old teacher from the Mancheng County Elementary School, Hebei Province. He was arrested on May 27, 2004, and detained in the Baoding Balizhuang Labor Camp. In November 2004, he was handcuffed to a heater and shocked with electric batons for three days and nights. In January 2005, he was subjected to more torture, which caused him to become extremely weak.
  13. Mr. Wang Pingjun王平均from Li County is in his sixties. While in the forced labor camp, he became seriously ill. As of March 8, 2005, he had a bleeding stomach and heart pains.
  14. Mr. Liu Erle刘二乐from Xiong County is in his forties. In November 2004, he was shocked with electric batons for refusing to answer a questionnaire as part of the brainwashing assignment. They also punched, kicked, and beat him after shocking him.
  15. Mr. Wang Chunde王纯德, in his thirties, was a lecturer at Dingzhou City's Traditional Vet-Medicine College. Male guard Liu Qingyong ordered him to go to the fourth floor and tortured him there. In December 2004, Mr. Wang was cuffed to a bed with his arms and legs pulled apart. He was also forced to stand for more than 15 days, which left him in a debilitated condition.
  16. Ms. Wei Xiuying魏秀英 from Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province was tortured so severely that she is in critical condition at the Baoding City Forced Labor Camp, and is extremely weak.
  17. Ms. Guo Guiju 郭贵菊 is from Xiong County, Hebei Province. On the night of September 24, 2004, she was detained at the Dongyang Criminal Police Team of the Xiong County Police Department. On the afternoon of September 27, she was sent to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp without any legal procedure. Under pressure and after being tortured, Ms. Guo yielded to the perpetrators. Later, she wrote a solemn declaration to void her action. The perpetrators injected her with drugs, stabbed her with a long needle and force-fed her.
  18. Ms. Ji Fenghua纪凤华, a resident from Yulin Village, Nanmaxiang, Zhuzhou City, Hebei Province, was sentenced to three years in a forced labor camp for practicing Falun Gong. In June 2003, she was detained at the Baoding Balizhuang Labor Camp. Her labor camp term was recently completed, but since she refuses to give up practicing Falun Gong, so they will not release her.
  19. Mr. Tian Gang田刚was sentenced in 2005 to three years of forced labor for practicing Falun Gong. At present, Mr. Tian is detained in the Balizhuang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding. He has been on a hunger strike for the past eight days to protest the persecution.
  20. Mr. Zhao Zhiqin赵志芹is a resident of Xibeishan Township, Yi County, Hebei Province. He was arrested on July 21, 2005, and sent to the labor camp on August 3, 2005.
  21. Mr. Liu Wenyu was detained in the Balizhuang Labor Camp for three years because he refused to renounce Falun Gong. On December 10, 2004, he was released to seek medical treatment. On January 10, 2005, he was sent to and is currently detained at the Fangshan Brainwashing Center at Yuguangying, Liangxiang Town.
  22. Ms. Zhao Yuehong赵月红, about 40 years old, is a resident of Zhongfuluo Village, Xifuluo Township, Anguo City, Hebei Province. She was arrested on February 15, 2004. She was tortured and interrogated. Later, she was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Baoding Labor Camp.
  23. Mr. Su Denglian苏登亮, is 37 years old. After being detained at the Hongxinglu Police Station for one year, on June 22, 2004, he was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Baoding Labor Camp.
