Description:

In December 1999, Ms. Wang Liqing was sent to a detention center because she went to Beijing to appeal to the government to stop persecuting Falun Gong. During her detention, her husband was forced to divorce her. After her release on February 7, 2002, Tian Peixing and Pang Jianzhong, the leaders from Lincheng Town Middle School, together with government officials from 610 Office and Town Political and Law Committee, tried to forcefully took her from home. Fortunately, Ms. Wang’s parents were able to stop them. On March 7, 2002, while Ms. Wang was teaching in the classroom, these people fiercely took her away and sent her to Xingtai City Anti-Falun Gong Brainwashing Class in Ren Town of Hebei Province. In the brainwashing class, she was deprived of sleep for four consecutive days and nights. She was beaten for two days and two nights.
