Ms. Li Qingqing, 13 years old, is a student in the Jiangjin Heping Middle School. She lives in the Ninth Section of Zhouwu Village, Luohuang Town, Jiangjin City in Chongqing.

Ms. Zeng started to practice Falun Gong in 1996. After the persecution began, the authorities arrested and tortured Ms. Zeng six different occasion. On January 13, 2001, the local police broke into her home and took Ms. Zeng away again. She was tortured to death on January 25, 2001, in the Dongmen Brainwashing Center in Jiangjin City. Li Qingqing lost not only the love of her mother but also the warmth of her family. She became an orphan at nine years old. She has to live in her uncle’s home and often cries for her mother.
