Gao Qiyun Died Due to Long-Term Pressure

Gao Qiyun, male, 59, lived in Huji Town, Lixin County, Anhui Province. Mr. Gao was arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor in March 2001 because he practiced Falun Gong. He was ruthlessly tortured while being held at Division 11 of the Nanhu Forced Labor Camp. The police constantly harassed him after he was released. Mr. Gao lived under constant fear and pressure, which led to the relapse of his health. He died in March 2004.
