A Brief Report of Incident:

In September 1999, Huang Jinchun went to Beijing to appeal to end the persecution against Falun Gong. Because of this, on November 15, 1999, the provincial public security department arrested him and sent him to Longqianshan Mental Hospital in Liuzhou city, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. Because he continued to practice Falun Gong in the mental hospital, the hospital staff injected him with sedatives everyday to make him sleepy. The injections have strong side effects and could damage one's mental abilities.
